Terms of Reference for
GBV Assessment in Busia County

LEGACY EDUCATION CENTRE (LEC) is a Community Based Organization concerned with the status of women, children and youth in Kenya. Through its projects, LEC endeavours to empower women especially survivors of Gender Based Violence to be able to claim their position within communities. LEC through its interventions protect the rights of children and empowers youth to become champions against Gender Based Violence. LEC aims at empowering communities in taking charge in preventing and protecting children and women from Gender Based Violence.
LEC is currently implementing an action-based project in order to enhance actions and service deliveries to prevent and respond to Gender based Violence (GBV) in the County of Busia with focus in Budalangi Sub County.
